30 fps lock on mac

Hello community. Does anyone has experince of why i have an fps lock to 30 ingame? I changed everything nothing works.
M3 max 36GB.

You have it probably locked to that. Either via economic V-Sync or an FPS limiter.

Me too!!

I just have bought a Mac mini with M2 Pro and I too can't go over 30 fps even disabling every fancy thing and even putting the resolution to the lowest 720px!

The fact that you, with even a much more powerful M3 Max, can't go over 30fps is a prove of some lock somewhere.

Trying another game, though (the famous FPS Verdun), I saw the fps go up 60 fps with low settings, so it is this particular game that has something strange.

What should we do?

Check your settings. That is what you should do. Deactivate V-Sync, remove any FPS limit.

I have just solved the problem by installing the software CrossOver (it costs 75€, around 80$) that not only translates all the x86 & DirectX instructions for Mac platform (some like Wine), enabling to play all the games through Steam downloaded in a "sandbox"... but it also boosts a lot the performances!
Quite 55-60 fps with 4K-High settings!
