A tip for used trucks - don't touch 1* or 2* trucks with a barge pole unless you have lots of money and want a specific older truck in your fleet (don't bother restoring it either, just visit the dealer for that brand of truck and part-ex it. You'll find that by clicking on the "stock" drop down you can then select "fleet". This will bring up a brand new version of your truck which will be at least 40-50k cheaper to buy than a full restore for identical spec).
In general with used trucks, always look for 3* or above and make sure permanent wear %age is as low as possible (under 10% ideally). The most expensive items to replace at service are chassis and cab so make sure their wear percentages are as low as possible.
If there is a problem with traffic at a standstill, save the game (if you are not on a WoT job) and re-load that save, the traffic is usually cleared.
