If you mainly want to drive with very heavy loads, I would recommend Volvo and Scania with their strongest engines and lowest gears, and at least 3 axles.
But these are very thirsty and therefore not economical for the transport of cargo with low weight, where it will be better to choose a model with only 2 axles and good fuel economy (e.g. maximum 4-500 hp) which all brands can offer.
Regarding the interior of the cabin... Here I would recommend that you try out the different models with quick jobs to find out what you like best yourself...
I prefer the Volvo FH, but I know there are other players who for various reasons prefer other brands and models. :)
Customization, likee power, chassis, etc have too small effect for your drivers to br worth it. Better 3 100k truck to. 3 deivers than 1. 300k truck to 1 driver.
For yourself, as other have said, there is no "best" truck bedides prrdonal preference. What uou like best.
DAF is better than both IVECO and Renault.
Try to test the most suitable model of all brands on the special transport from Stavanger to Oslo, and you will probably learn which brands are best suited for very heavy transports.
