A recommendation between 3 Gaming Laptop for ETS2 that i'd like to buy soon
May i ask for some recommendation/help for one of the 3 Gaming Laptop for the best experience of ETS2? I would like to replace my current Dell Laptop with one of these, tho' it doesn't really have much different spec as far as i roughly seen (with all of them are the 16 GB RAM Variant and 1 TB SSD Storage):
- MSI CYBORG 15 A12UCX GeForce RTX™ 3050 4GB - i5 12450H (Around 788,02 USD)
- HP Victus 15 FA0178TX GeForce RTX™ 3050 - i5 12450H (Around 794,18 USD)
- LENOVO LOQ 15 15IAX9 GeForce RTX™ 3050 6GB - i5 12450HX (Around 813,53 USD)

Would really help to additionally mention the cons/pros as well for my consideration (especially if you're one of the users of the aforemention Laptops)

If the conditions permit, I would suggest that you instead choose a desktop computer to play on, and then use your old laptop for the things where it must be a laptop.

Laptops are significantly more expensive than desktops, and a desktop can be upgraded with newer parts when needed, which is almost impossible with laptops.

true, but with my current condition it's not the best idea for me to buy a desktop anytime soon, but thanks for the feedback regardless!

1. Sorry but none of them is a gaming laptop.
2. The RTX 3050 is no gaming hardware and it's also below the recommended specs for ETS2. You need at least a rtx 3060 or rtx 4050 (still the xx50 versions of Nvidia are no gaming solution but the 4050 would meet recommended for ETS2).
3. The CPU is also slightly below the recommended specs. But this might work and cold be neglected. The 3rd option with the HX CPU (x is the performance version to overclock) would be able to overclock if the cooling off the laptop allows higher mhz.
4. I would also go for 32 gb ram especially if you like to use many mods.
5. Your aim for playing a specific game should be at least the recommended specs from the game developer.

So the difference in hardware is not much in all 3. Go for the one you like most, maybe check for USB port count or monitor connection. Backlight keyboard... Monitor quality, resolution...

it's RTX* but thanks for the feedback, i'd like to play some other latest game pre 2021-2022, hence the specific specs, and i only play vanilla for ETS2/ATS

Try to get maybe the RTX 4050 at least. The xx50 versions are still no gaming solution but the 4050 would be ok for ETS2.
And the i5 13400H or 13500H if possible.

Just don't get this wrong the game will run on all 3 options quiet well but if you about to buy a new laptop for playing it, it might be to consider to buy at least the recommended specs (as they are for now) as the game might need better hardware over time also they just made a big jump up the scale lately 😎
Option 3 also has the 6gb version of the rtx 3050. So overall option 3 is slightly better.

If you have to get one of the three get #3. Has more VRAM which can come in handy for gaming. Avoid HP as their name states for hinge problems.
Though I would more recommend to get with a slightly higher GPU like a 3060.

Honestly in my own experience, the game has good performance even if you don't have the best GPU. RTX 3050 will probably run fine on lowest settings.
