Cruise control doesn't work when the transmission is switched on "manual (with divider)"
I found a problem that cruise control didn't work when the transmission is switched on "manual (with divider)". When the transmission is switched on "sequential or automatic" cruise control works. Is it meant to be or it's bug?

Not 100% what you mean, but CC turns off as soon as you shift or press the brake pedal.
Not sure if that's any different if you drive automatic,

i'm trying all methods, you writing a method that i already have found, it didn't work. I switch on sequential- CC work, but didn't work gear shifter only switching on keyboard

Cruise control will only work when the truck is driving and staying in one gear. Pressing the clutch, changing gear, or pressing the brake will cancel the CC setting. This is exactly the same as in a real truck or car. The secret is in the name, "cruise", it maintains a steady. set speed on the highway, not accelerating or braking.

Does the game recognise the clutch in real/simple auto? Could be that your clutch pedal deadzone isn't large enough and you're getting the tiniest amount of persistent pedal travel (like 1%) which prevents cruise control from activating.

As automatic vehicles have no clutch pedal at all, the game probably simply ignores it.

Cruise control does not work on manual transmissions, as the vehicle is not able to change gears by itself.

It should be the same on any Real life vehicle too.

Yes it works, but as was said as "cruise" control and not as "speed" control, as which it should not be used anyways. I had a car with manual and cruise control once. Sure, if going just 120 anyways and you need to get down to 100 and later back up to 120 it is okay, to just click down and up the cruise control. But there are people who use it instead of the accelerator and adjust any value from 50 to 130 with it.

Of course manuals have cruise control in real life and in game.

I have owned and/or driven many real-life vehicles with cruise control and a manual transmission. Generally, the clutch pedal has a switch just like the brake pedal which cancels the cruise when you shift gear, to stop it free-revving.

No, this is not true. Cruise control does not depend on the tranmission setup.

Since it's main purpose is just holding a set speed, it's not necessary to change the gears under normal conditions. In case you need to change the gear, you can do that manually whenever you want. You just have to re-enable CC after changing the gear.
