Any mod that actually makes the cops pull the player over to give a ticket?
Is there any such mod? if not then it would be a very realistic thing to see. I think that in theory one can use the telemetry data to see if a player is speeding then use the special transport dlc, replace the van with a cop car and wait for the player to stop. once the player stops then wait like 20 seconds then give them the ticket and let the player start driving again.

If anyone could do it then that would be revolutionary for ETS2 and possibly ATS.

There is no such mod, if you want to suggest it to the devs you're better off at the SCS forum.

I actually remember bogus opportunities to escape the police in 18 Wheels of Steel back in the day, because they had to be in your proximity to ticket you. If for whatever reason you managed to drive fast and far enough to despawn the police car chasing you, you'd "get away" though it was more of an exploit than a feature.
That's probably why they have the fine be instantaneous here.

Speaking of pulling over, I've also always wanted to suggest mobile random road events, such as ambulance and firetruck passbys that require you to shoulder for them. I never bothered yet since I already know it would probably a be a low priority to stuff they already have on their plate.

I just remember it was a lively touch I remember from 18 Wheels of Steel.

back in the times of 18 wheels of steel people liked to drive fast because arcade games were at peak. nowadays people who play ets2 at least like to drve more relaxed. so adding what you and i said would add a huge amount of realism.

I have heard of this map but unfortunately its only an inspection rather than a speeding ticket stop. Still cool tho.

This would be cool as hell if they added that or someone made a mod for it.

I imagine it cannot be an easy mod to be made that's for sure.
