Serbia-Romania Portile de Fier

Hello! i bought the game and Romania DLC, but Portile de Fier pass its locked. Any advice how to unlock it? Thank you!

There is no Romania DLC. You have that in the Road to the Black Sea DLC.

And if something is blocked off with XXXX markers then this is not in the game.

Hi. Romania its part of Road to Black Sea DLC, that i already bought and there shoud be a pass between Romania and Serbia at Portile de Fier. there its an achivement "Tacke the Scenic Route" that mention to visit this pass in order to get that achivement.

No it doesn't. This is the achievement with description:

Taking the Scenic Route
Visit the following landmarks and locations: Iron Gates, Bran Castle (Romania), Pomorie Beach, Wall of Heroes in Varna (Bulgaria), Lake Küçükçekmece in Istanbul (Turkey) (requires Road to the Black Sea DLC)

You only have to visit landmarks. And all of them are on the available roads on the Road to the Black Sea DLC. If you have any map mods though, they could be causing issues.

yes, Iron Gtes (Portile de Fier) it's locked. I visited other landmarks and i need this Iron Gates. Any idea how to unlock it?

It's not marked with xxxx , it's locked with barriers.

As I already stated: All of them can be visited via the in-game roads. If you can not do that then you have mod issues.
Also, you don't need to drive into any of these. Just driving past these is enough.
For reference: I unlocked that achievement on the 24th December 2019. Nothing has changed with the roads since then.

Check YT and see there its a road betwin RO and SRB thrue Iron Gates. It's a special mode or how can be that possible. Why i don't have that road?

Then you are not driving through there ever. You are only supposed to drive past that.
