Hi. I wanted to try the new e-ruck'sd but after chosing a route, game simply crashes. Any idea what may be causing it?

Please post your complete game.log file from the crash to https://pastebin.com (copy/paste, split the game.log if it is too big) and post the link to it here please. This way we can find out what the problem is.

You can find your game.log in your documents in the ETS2 folder as a default install on Windows. (If it is not there check OneDrive.) On a Mac the ETS2 folder is in your Library and there in the Application Support. On Linux the ETS2 folder is in the .local and there in the share.

If pastebin is not available in your country please use https://rentry.co and post the link to it here please. The page works like pastebin.

That game log is not showing a crash, it appears to not be the full log file. Please post the whole file, split into multiple parts for pastebin and post ALL the links here,
If that is a laptop, can you confirm the amount of RAM installed, it appears to only have 8 Gb which is not enough to run the game with or without mods.
Your Nvidia graphics driver is out of date, update it ONLY from the Nvidia website to the latest version, 556.12.
Start a new, unmodded, vanilla profile (you can have as many as you want without affecting your normal profile) and test the game

Its possibly showing a silent crash, in which case we need the crash log as well.

Not showing a crash, but the system is already squeezed when the game starts:

You need to see what programs and services are consuming nearly all your system memory before the game even starts. My guess is the game is running out of memory.

It looks like the log file shows only the latest run of the game so if that's the case it may be worth pointing out that it should be copied immediately after the game crashed (ie. before restarting the game, which in turn might mean that the user may have to reproduce the crash first).
game.crash.txt on the other hand looks like it's not being overwritten but appended to, so that one's probably safe to upload even with in-between restarts of the game.

that could be the case if every delivery made the game crash...but it's only quick jobs with electric trucks...weird!!!

That would only ne if your RAM usage was always the same (it isn't) and if every area were to use the same amount of RAM (it doesn't).
You being low on RAM is an issue and very likely the cause of it. Though we can tell for sure if you also posted your game.crash file.
