lightning and thunder???

I put 100% possibility of rain. but my game doesen't have the lightning and thunder??

Just because you set it to 100% doesn't mean you will be guaranteed to get a thunderstorm.

I have rain probability set to 10% and commonly get thunder and lightning.

Keep in mind even if it is heavy raining it could be that lightning only happens further away from you (and then you would not hear any thunder) and in directions you might not look at.

Lightning wich flashes the surrounding (with thunder) only happens if it is near you (if I go roughly by real world with lightning and the time the thunder can be heard I would guess an area of approx 2-5km around you)
