There's something that caused it. Where/when does the crash occur?
Intel Core I9-12900KF 8x 3.20GHz, GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6, 32GB 5600MHz, EL2870U WHQL 27 Zoll 4K
startup parameters:

game settings:
3840x2160 all with highest settings

no problems, everything works fine and i only use 6 mods
it's fixed deleted all files before uninstall and did fresh install. now i can launch in dx11 but low fps are still there
Why do you imagine you need an fps higher than 40 to 60 for a driving game?
It isn't low fps you have, it's expecting ETS2 to run at unnecessary high fps.
This isn't a first person shooter that needs 3 millisecond reaction time.
Limit the fps to 60 and reduce the scaling to 100%, start the GFX setting low and bring them up to where the game looks good and runs smoothly @ 60fps.
