Recharge the E Truck?

Hey,

yep I know highly unsupported. But I like the E Renault. Have the mod installed to buy it. Is there any chance to recharge it? I have called emergency recharge and they came with duracell bunny but not enough for 100% Any possibility without modifing the savegame again and again?

No recharge yet. Until a mod or the developers provide a regular way. I guess it will be part of the ETS 1.51 update, maybe available as beta soon.

Probably not officially that soon. As stated in the announcement the current infrastructure is doesn't support this.

Don't take jobs outside of the range of the truck, Did you miss this in the announcement?
"the delivery length for the E-Tech T limited to 300 km."

I had 150% on the orders. Maybe this was thew problem. But now I haave the mod and a 3000km job. But did my own mod to solve this.

Since you can not buy the truck in the vanilla game you could ask the mod author if they know of something.

If you are using this mod:

You can use a engine that is labeled with Refillable at gas station.
This the game will handel this one like a diesel engine so you can refill at gas stations.

The big battery chassis you get will this mod has a very big capacity though.
Is lowered it in the files of the mod. You can find the file here:

The drive letter by be different depening on where you installed the game.

E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\227300\3257892173\universal\dlc_renault_etech_t\def\vehicle\truck\renault.etech_t\chassis

Inside that folder is a file and in there is a line called "tank_size". The game handles kwh/liters the same. Just change that to something you like.
You might have to redo this edit if the mod gets updated.
