and switch "Length units" to Miles then your sat nav will display MPH so you have both. if your truck is UK then set it to Kilometers and the sat nav will show kph , not sure if this is the answer your looking for tho' but might help...:0
for the most common speeds limits in the game in UK country :
30 mph ~ 50 kph
50 mph = 80 kph
60 mph ~ 100 kph
For the rest of european countries in the game :
50 kph ~ 30 mph
70 kph ~ +40 mph
90 kph ~ 55 mph
110 kph ~ 70 mph
120 kph ~ 75 mph
Although in real life the most european highway are limited to 130 kph not 120 kph as in the game but that apply for cars not for trucks. For trucks on highway the speed limit is 90 kph, on the road 80 kph, in cities 50 kph and it also depend of the load and the type of cargo.
