EDTracker Pro wireless issues

Hi, how are you guys doing?

So i'm trying to get my EDTracker to work in the game, don't know what I'm doing wrong though. My EDTracker shows up in the device list but when i want to set the view axis to the EDTracker I move my head and it doesn't recognise it in the settings. So nothing happens. You guys know how to fix that?

I have the Wired ED tracker Pro, And no matter what i do i find the response very slow on turning my head (i would expect same sorta speed as from the mouse) but no, it so slow no matter what settings i do or try.... not used the wireless version, hope you get the help you need bud.
