Its the digital mirror camera that shows on the multimedia screen of the new MAN tgx.

I think you need to press F5 to cycle through it. see comment below :-)

You need to bind a key or button to "Infotainment Display Mode" under options>keys and buttons. You can then press the key or button to display the camera image next to the GPS on the dashboard.
