Slots not Working

Hey Guys,

got a new Steam-Account yesterday and bought ets. Installed a few mods (1.49) and none of the slots are working (no lights for light bars, no strobes, no sidemarkers etc).

What could be the reason for that? Should i downgrade the gameversion?
Is a mod causing this?

Help would be much appreciated since ets without properly customizng your truck is only half fun.

Mod problem.

Is nothing working, not even scs lights, do you have spots at all, and if you do are they red, or grey?
Can you see lights in the list, and when you select them they just don't appear on the grills?

Maybe the bull bars, front grills and/or roof grills don't have the option at your level?....

edit: if you've tried applying a few things without result, tab out of the game and post your game.log to pastebin or something and copy/paste the generated link here, if it's a mod issue there should be errors or warnings.

Truck lights are working, but no additional lighting. Not even from SCS. The slots are gray, nothing to select even though i have some mods. Will Post the game.log after a quick smoke brake, but thanks so much for your help dude!

It is a mod issue. That I can already tell you.

If you have grey dots it's very, very very, like almost impossible not to be likely What Wolfgang says.

Can be caused by a load order issue, or mods that use the same name somewhere and the game doesn't know what to do sorta.

If you guys would be so nice and take a look, i´m seeing a lot of errors but can´t realy tell if it´s just one mod or multiple.

As I said, mod issue. Also, I highly doubt that anyone is going to look through your 100+ mods. That is for you to do.

For now just deactivate the mods you added most recently. Though it might be worth selling all the modded parts first.

This: 00:06:45.499 : [mods] Active 108 mods (local: 0, workshop: 108) does not align with this "Installed a few mods (1.49)" and this tbh: " new Steam-Account yesterday and bought ets."

I expected to see a few mods, then it can be easy to find the culprit.

this:

Also does not align with this: "(1.49)" (Notice the discontinued bit?)

I'm sorry, but I can't help you out with that, next time start with the truth.

It's your game and you can install as many mods as you like and play it anyway you like, but this doesn't make sense to me.
