Steering Wheel Lag
I recently bought a PXN V900 Steering Wheel. It was a cheaper alternative but still does 900 degree turning which is one thing I wanted.

My main issue is that it seems like it sort of jumps around quite a bit. This issue persists through every game although most noticeable on ETS2. Is this a wheel issue or some sort of driver/game issue?

Im getting 100+fps in the clip, its not an fps problem, its something else.

Yeah, I just got it today after waiting a month for shipping. If this is a wheel issue and not something thats fixable then I'll probably end up refunding it. It doesn't look awful in the video but when you're at highway speeds trying to go around a corner its almost impossible.

I contacted the manufacturer with the attached video seeing if this is normal or not.

I saw prices for this at the 120 USD mark why not go for Logitech G29 / G920 then?

I didn't really want to go the used route and I couldn't find a new G29 under $200. If I end up refunding this I might go for something used but this was the cheapest 900 degree wheel I could find new on Amazon.

yea good call I started with the G920 1 1/2 years ago it was fine but I quickly wanted a bit more of quality and performance therefore switched for a full Fanatec setup.

Might be somewhat late in answering, but there are settings called "Steering sensitivity" and "Steering non-linearity". I use a Simcube 2 Pro DD wheel while playing and had some real lag issues when turning the wheel. The solution was to crank the sensitivity all the way to the right and keep linearity all the way to the left. This gives me 1:1 ratio while turning. Hope it helps.
