Missing cities ProMods 2.45

Hello, I am running 2.45 with all map DLCs + Project Balkans. I realizad now that I am missing a lot of cities which I had under 2.43.
Example: all the cities above Bergen, Oslo, Upsala Tampere are gone. A lot of cities in GB missing, all the Spain cities as well as Andorra are gone. i can also see ca 20 garages with city: None.
The Middle East and Cyprus are worjpking well now.

Any Idea what could be wrong ?

I've been running all over using 2.45 and am not missing any cities. Quick look at some forums would indicate that Project Balkans hasn't been updated for use with Promods 2.45 and that may be causing your issue.

Yep, same problem, i deactivated project balkans from manager and voila.. all returned to normal.
