Booster map DLC on Steam?

Where is the booster map DLC thing on Steam? I can't find it. Is it not available on Steam? I want to save some money.

Now I have to figure out the best strategy to get the base game as well as some DLCs.

Right now, if I buy the Balkans bundle, I'll have to pay full price for the new DLC, Western Balkans or whatever. So better to wait with that until the next sale.

If I buy the oldest bundle with Italy and France etc. Ï'll save the most amount of money due to the 15 % discount.

If I buy the Baltic bundle I'll save slightly less. It seems like I can't buy more than one bundle, cause then I'll have to pay for the base game three times in a row. 15 % discount for the bundle is deceptive, it's better to just add each country individually on Steam.

If you buy multiple Bundles, you have to do it as separate transactions so that what you already own gets removed from each bundle. Ex: Buy 1 bundle, wait 10 minutes, buy another bundle, wait 10 minutes, buy a third bundle .. each one has to be it's own sale to remove the items you bought previous.

Looks like the Booster bundle have being replaced by three separate bundles (partly overlapping). Baltic, Balkans and Mediterranean bundles.
