<HELP PLEASE> NPC Driver won't work

So, when I access the driver management menu, one of my NPCs show on their status an icon of a Red truck with a exclamation besides it. Does it mean the truck needs to be repaired? I bought it (random cheap IVECO) a couple days ago (in game time) and assigned it to this pilot and he just remained idle with that icon since.

I don't know if the information is useful, but before he was with another truck which i accidentaly exchanged while buying a new truck and then he was working normally.

Not having had that issue crop up yet I would suggest that truck is in need of major overhaul.
Go in truck manager find the truck and click on repair icon for that truck truck and see what happens.

just an update, i'm dumb and missed the "info" icon on the bottom right.
it basically means the truck needs service, which is great as i bought and already need to repair without driving it once.

buy them cheap Ivecos but not the cheapest folks
