For several years there have been players who have expressed a desire for the ability to buy used trucks... and now that it has been added to the game, of course there will be some who complain about it.
Regarding the sale of discontinued models, it is a realistic thing, since you won't be able to buy a brand new car/truck of a model that has been out of production for several years.
IRL. do the brand truck dealers have a bunch of out-of-production models in his inventory?
I don't have a problem with it added to the game, but I do have a problem with the fact that I can't buy the truck I want to play with when I start a profile and it's a nuisance that when I finally find it at the used truck dealer (because not every model is available at all times) I have to get it fixed and upgraded first, and that's just the player part of me :-)
The making mods part of me is even more annoyed because that part needs trucks available instantly for testing, but can't hold that against SCS :-)
Too much to ask for a break from reality on this point?
edit, i suppose you could use the 1.49 files for used and change some details and rename the folder.
Getting out of the truck and having to eat and drink and stuff? Sure.
But the tedious paperwork as the owner of a logistics company? Nope!
It is more as I said:
