Additionally, every employee increases the CPU load on your system and to be honest, even with only a few of them, you make more money than you can spend.
It's not about needing money, as I'm making over 2 million Euros every day having hired almost everyone from the agency to drive around for my company.
Is there a mod or workshop item that lets you add people to the staff agency ?
There are mods for more drivers, but they are a bit superfluous, 354 drivers earn me over 30 million Euros per week, to add to the 4 billion Euros in the bank. Unspendable.
The game was never about the business, but the driving. Trying to play ETS2 as an empire-building game will be always frustrating until they change the economy or you mod it.
Suggestion: Spread out your Drivers. Only put ONE driver in each Garage until you fill all the Garages, then add a second Driver to each garage as you have more drivers .. think of the larger Garage as space to store YOUR Trucks, not a place to fill with "Hired Drivers".
