How do I get to Balkans?

Okay, so I just bought the Road to Black Sea DLC and I can't seem to go further than Slovakia. I can see all the Balkan cities on the map, but Hungary is not accessible because I don't have any other DLC than Road to Black Sea. I tried to fast travel but I have no garages in Balkans, so I'm stuck in the Slovakian - Hungarian border.

If the only way to get to Balkans is through Hungary and I have buy the Going East DLC, SCS is going to lose a customer.

You can buy a garage in Balkans DLC, without going there through real estate menu from main menu, and then, fast travel. Unfortunately, without Going East, you cannot drive there on your wheels.
You can start your profile in Balkans thought - so you are driving on new dlc territories first

You should have at least one city in the Black Sea DLC "discovered" automatically allowing you to do Quick Jobs. And if you own at least 3 garages you are able to then buy garages remotely without having to travel to them. You could purchase a garage in the Black Sea DLC area and then Fast Travel to that garage.

Because you do not own Going East DLC you will not have jobs going to or from Black Sea DLC crossing that missing area. You either work outside the Black Sea DLC, or within.
