What to use instead of PNG - Project next Gen

The dude getting greedy. He charged a few EUR for 1.07 to 1.08 update, and now, months later he chargng again a few EUR for the 1.09 update. So ofc it is no-go for me, and looking for alternatives. What this mod basically did, is replaced the game's textures and skyboxes, maybe changed a few models. What mod!mod combinations can achieve this same effect? For some reason even AA felt better, less flicker for example.

I don't use Workshop myself, so if a mod author provides it outside, I'll go there instead. lol
