Revamped dynamic suspension

I am currently using the Eugene next gen scania (r) and have found the default suspension settings unrealistic.

As I have downloaded the truck mod from the steam workshop I am struggling to follow the tutorial contained in the link below.

What I am asking therefore is how do I make the changes to a steam downloaded mod?
