Stats / price suggests the classic volvo f16, is the best build, or so it used to be at least, not sure if some of the new trucks added are a better choice today.

No need for expensive, high-powered trucks for employees, get them any of the base model cheapest trucks from any manufacturer to get started. Don't buy trailers for them at the start, it restricts their earnings. Number of employees is more important than individual earnings, buy garages and employ more drivers, reinvest all your cash in that.
354 drivers earn me 28 million Euros per week.

I only drive, that's the enjoyment of the game for me. I set the drivers up so they can be left alone and just keep the money flowing in for new trucks, trailers and goodies. The business side is of no interest to me at all.:steamhappy:

iunno mojo, it looks like the type of truck seem to affect the income of your drivers o-o.
i have so far 2 drivers and they have the exact same skills, only the rating is different. one has 2.3 and the other 2.5

while my first employee with a trash renault (iunno, why are renault trucks so bad in this game xD) makes only 2566€ per day, makes the other driver (after i got my lv 25 scania and gave the globetrotter to him) 3963€ per day.
and to be honest o.o i doubt that the 0.2 rating makes over 1000€ difference o-o.
i mean, i could be completely wrong and there are somewhere hidden factors which you dont get shown but. the income with a driver which has a not so strong truck vs one which has one of the strongest trucks engine wise ingame makes a difference here o-o.

Ask the Pitts for his analysis of drivers earnings, or look at the old posts about this subject. The differences in income become meaningless after a very short period, over 20 drivers and earnings rise exponentially. Trying to examine each drivers performance is not going to have much benefit in the long run, just give them a cheap truck, set the skill to long distance to start and keep levelling them up.

Wow, 28 million/week, sounds amazing. What do you do with all that money?

Buy and customise lots of trucks and trailers, I'm not interested in the business side, I set it up to earn lots of money, and don't have to worry about it. That profile is many years old.
