Hannover viewpoint
Can't find viewpoint in Hannover. There is just no marker at a designated place. What to do?

If the icon is a camera you are suppoesed to make a photo of that. Not drive there.

i'm talking not about the photo site, i'm talking about viewpoint (with movie camera icon)

Go to the world map and turn off all the map icons (bottom left) and tick only the viewpoint icons. This makes it easier to see the one you want.

Try verifying your files. This is done from the Steam Library.

The viewpoint (the movie) is near the stone factory on a little turn-around lot. I remember it was quite hard to turn around to enter and exit but it is possible. Try using camera 2 (drone view) if you can see the green marker from there

Are you using ProMods? They seem to have removed that view point. I can't find the icon on the World Map in my ProMods profile. There is a photo point at ITS but nothing at the Stein Bruch.

files verified; i even used freecam; i'm not using any mods

If you had just finished a Special Transport job then there is a known bug where the viewpoints do not reactivate once you finish (they are disabled whilst the job is active). Either save and reload or quit and restart the game and things should return to normal.
