West Balkan DLC - Map/Roads problem

Hi,

the road map is not complete. It ends at the border, where no road connects. I can't go to any state of the new DLC. The rest of Europe is not connected to the new roads.

Problem with the original profile only. It is functional when creating a new profile. File verification didn't help. I don't want to lose my original profile. Does anyone have a solution?

What mods are you using on that original profile? This sounds like a map mod that hasn't been updated for the roads connecting the new DLC area.

I have no map mods. And all my other mods are inactive. It didn't help.
I don't even see any cargoes for new countries. Fast travel mode doesn't work either - map is not interactive...

Sounds like your original profile is corrupt. One the mods you were using on that profile has messed it up. Just because you deactivated the mods on that profile doesn't mean it will magically start working again. That's one of the down falls of using mods. I will Never use mods on any of my profiles in ETS2 or ATS.

Did you remember to sell all mod related parts before disabling your mods?

I have found another problem with this otherwise beautiful DLC: some resting areas do not seem to give any opportunity to sleep (no option to turn off the engine etc). I have met this issue twice already, in Serajevo and close to Serajevo by a gas station on the M5.

Have you tried without a trailer?
I myself have had problems hitting the rest spot at a rest area close to a company, and that was even without a trailer.

İt's actually a "worldwide" problem that also applied on some other DLCs as well

Hi! I have the same problem with my game. I bought the DLC, and installed it and all, but there are no connected roads to other areas. I have two choices when I start the game. I either spawn in the "West Balkans area" and only do deliveries there, but if I do that, I cannot get to for example Germany or France or even Hungary or Romania. If I choose to spawn in any of the other cities outside this "West Balkans area" then I cannot access the DLC at all. I have reinstalled the game, and deleted all my profiles, but still nothing. I was using Promods when I bought the DLC, but even after deleting the modpack, and starting a clean, fresh profile, the problem is still present. If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it.

Do you own the "Going East" DLC?
Also, ProMods can still cause issues even if you remove it.

Yes, I bought all the map DLCs. Do you have any advice or a possible fix to this Promods problem? Should I wait until there is a Promods version release with a "fix" or anything like that?

You should ask on the ProMods forum if you have any issues with ProMods.

Stupid question, but if you play ETS on the 1.49 version, could that be the problem? I cant find anything about it on the internet, but as far as I know, the West Balkans DLC released for 1.48.

Alright so I fixed it. Basically I did a clean reinstall, deleted the whole ETS2 Documents folder, except the mods, but I deleted the Promods as well. It didn't work, so I reinstalled the game, but I deleted the workshop mods and the mods folder inside the Documents folder as well, now it works.
