Authentication problem

Authentication fails when launching the game. The "Authentication" window opens and that's it. Tried it on different profiles - the same thing.

try to loosen the security of your firewall or whatever for an antivir you have installed.

in my case was windefender picky about that ETS2 wanted to send and retrieve information from the games home server.

i mean, it works for me now and windefender isnt longer bickering about it but my problem is that i fetch game sessions for ages. friends of mine sit there only 10~15 seconds and fetched the game session servers. i sit there for atleast 3 minutes, sometimes even longer before game sessions on convoy getting fetched.
