Anyone know where to get the city of london photo trophy?

I've been trying to look for the City of London photo trophy and can't find it anywhere. Does anyone know where it is?

The icon is just southeast of the industrial area (where the delivery companies are), but you can point the camera towards the city center from just about anywhere to get the throphy.
