Internal error when sign in

I am a player from China. I bought the game yesterday and have no mods.
When I try to sign in my track worlds account, there comes an internal error and let me check the net.log file to get more information. I have no idea how to check the net.log or solve this problem.
By the way, I can't see the newest information or the newest DLC in the first page of the game either. Also, when I check the button What's new, the same error is showed.
I have searched the problem online, but there's only few answers about this, and all of the answers are about the problem of mods, but I don't have any mods.
Is there anyone knows how to solve the problem? Thanks a lot!

That file is into Documents/ETS2 folder. I have no knowledge on the matter but at first guess it may be an issue with firewall or VPN (if you are using one). Check the log anyway.

Thanks a lot! I found the log is like

16.05.2023 11:38:51 LINK ERRO: Service indicated that we generated malformed request.
But I still don't know how to fix this. Is it caused by my VPN?

Now I know it is caused by VPN. When I close it, the game works well. Thanks for your help again!

Have you tried to verify game's files already? From your Steam Library, right click on ETS2, select Properties, select Local Files then click on the Verify button and wait for it to finish.

VPN or Internet Provider or router I would say : / Have you tried to log out and turn off everything once? Last option would be to contact WoT support directly -.-

Just to be sure, you can browse WoT normally and the issue is only from in-game, right?
