Edit: well, maybe there is something but is an indirect effect, sleeping_time: 540 (default). If ferry travel time is smaller than this value, you will get a partial recover; if it is larger then it will count as a full rest. Still have nothing to do with job schedule.
To understand how simulation_avg_speed, maximum_driving_time and sleeping_time affect a job schedule, first give a look at this breakdown. Your "fatigue" is shown on the Route Advisor, F6 tab, and it is the difference from max driving time and time until next rest (all in minutes).
