Gas Must Flow

After all these years I decided to something about the achievements.
Trying to sort this out (GMF) by reading various posts on forum and just ended up confused.
A lot of information out there that is (to me anyway) not very clear or seems to contradict itself.
I need to know:
!. Must I use Quick Jobs to complete achievement?
2.Are delivery points load specific? ie Nantes will only take petrol.
3. I use Jazzycats Trailer/cargo mod. Will that stop me completing achievement?
4.Must the drops be made in location order as seen in guides as pasted below?

- Bordeaux
- Le Havre
- Le Mans
- Limoges
- Marseille
- Montpellier
- Nantes

4. If the Achievement explicit states that it must be done in a certain way (like consecutive loads of xxx, or the orient express one) you need to do it that way, otherwise no.

1) No, but using them may allow you not to miss a job that is being offered too far away from your current position that driving to pick up would take too long.

2) The deliveries are to fuel stop locations along highways. They are all going to be LPG, petrol or diesel fuel.

3) Shouldn't stop you, however, his T&C mod adds more cargoes to the mix so these loads may become less likely to be generated.

4) There is no order required for the jobs.

You got the list, but they are nowhere close to those cities, you will end those deliveries in the middle of a tollway's service station.

Ok, I should have added this to the post.
According to my check sheet I completed all the drops to all the fuel stations.
I did them whenever they popped up in job market so it was random cargo and random delivery in essence.
This is why I asked about specific cargo to specific delivery point.
I see point 2 has been answered so can I assume then that when that delivery pops up that is the correct cargo for that drop?
I'm not particularly bothered about the time it takes, just want to be able to complete achievement.
Sorry to labour the point but being an old fart it sometimes take a bit of pushing to get info into brain

Not not really.
Delivered a few days ago a load of Ethane to one so..... you can come up with something which does not count for it

Fair to say that Ethane is a major component of natural gas and some cars run on that as well, but the game obviously does not count it.

Checking from Company Browser the matter looks even a bit worse. ECO will receive only one of these five cargoes : Diesel, Ethane, LPG, Petrol and Propane. Two have been added with Gas Tank trailers and most likely won't count, and of the remaining three LPG is not carried in a Fuel Tank trailer anymore so I would guess it won't be available either : /

Use the Search field when browsing jobs for ECO and if there is any will be there, are anyway not so common (have one only just now, and a wrong one).

If that is the case....then maybe someone (if not done already) should inform scs with that, as either then the Achievement would need to be changed (especially when the requirements cant be fulfilled anymore), or the loads to them would need to change

Hi all,
I did have issue with one LPG delivery which didn't register for achievement.
Finally, just to clarify, if I stick to diesel or petrol for delivery that will work?
As I said, not worried about time frame, just getting really p'd off with making deliveries that are wasting time/effort.

@Wolfpig - Silverbiker would be the one most suited just now for a bug report, but I think SCS will leave it at the care of community to inform those trying it about what to mind ^^' After all it is not completely impossible (yet), if any it may get very low priority : /

@Silverbiker - if possible take some screenshots of what you are going to deliver. Won't exclude that even the remaining two cargoes may not count as the Fuel Tank trailer that there is in-game now is a new version. If that too won't work chances will be reduced drastically as there is still a non-ownable Fuel Tank trailer around (really last hope) ^^'

I don't suppose there is anyway of resetting achievements is there apart from a new profile?
What I was thinking of was doing new check sheet with all types of cargo for this but of course it's not going to register at drops I've already done.
This means I wouldn't know if drop didn't register for two reasons:
1. drop has been made with whatever fuel
2. drop has been made with the correct fuel
Probably still go ahead but it will be on "a when it shows I'll do it basis.

You can reset _all_ achievements by passing a switch on the launch of the game .EXE but not (unless via some Steam database 'cheat' mechanism) an individual achievement.

My expectation here is that diesel and petrol will be fine because their cargo unit names are unchanged whereas LPG now has two different unit names - lpg and lpg_t - with the latter being for the gas tankers and the former for the container tanks. Now it is possible that SCS have updated the achievement detection logic but it is equally (or more) likely that they have not thought about it.

With the last Update they added a log book.

Would Look into that how far back it goes on the Jobs you have done (for me i think it where All jobs of that save) to Check what you delivered already.

As Wolfpig suggested, use the Delivery Log and filter by diesel, lpg or petrol. Those you will see that went to ECO may have been counted already, especially if are old deliveries, recent ones may have been not counted : /

I have exactly four LPG and three Petrol to ECO, all different locations, all took from Quick Jobs (surely not External Contracts), around day 420~440 (that is ages ago for me) ^^'

Made spreadsheet and took data from jobs log.
2 - Bordeaux - Petrol, Diesel
3 - Le Havre - LPG, Petrol and Diesel
3 -Le Mans -LPG, Petrol, Diesel
2 - Limoges -LPG, Petrol
3 - Marseilles - Petrol, LPG, Deisel
0 - Montpelier
3 - Nantes - Petrol, Diesel, LPG
Be interesting to see when I make Montpelier drop that finishes it.

Just be more careful in future where I keep my spreadsheet
