Any safe locations for JazzyCat mods?

Not sure if this is happening to orhers or not. When I look for a place to download the latest mods from JazzyCar, the sites I find them at all seem to give me a false link for the download. Instead of the mod I'm trying to get, I'm given a link for a browser, or some faux security notification. I can't get the downloads at all.

At this point, I'm ready to remove his mods because the last update has some of the vehicles coming up with psychedelic skins when you get too close to them. If these sites have nothing better to do than to toy with our computers, I'll just return to the base game. I'd rather support the modders.

He keeps an active presence on Modland. But links on file hosting site(s) may be misleading if you're not using an adblocker. ;)

Yes, he even has a verified id on Modland, very credible. And downloading mods from Modland should be straightforward, not any rubbish pop up pages as I recall.

Jazzycat abandoned that site more than a year ago and someone else took it over and that new person is re-uploading JC's mods to Sharemods for the click money. And a quick look at the site today, the mods there are for game version 1.40. Just a little out of date! LOL

Thanks for the quick replies. Jazz's website has v14.x, which is older than what I have (v19.0). The Modland sites show v20.2, but I'm getting the same annoying pop-ups (Wave Browser, click 'I am not a robot' to continue). Please advise.

You need to get an adblocker plugin for your browser. Personally, I like to use uBlock Origin.

Yeah, I think I rememer reading that a while back. I haven't used Jazzy mods for a couple years now

I enabled AdBlocked in FIrefox....still had to jump around the begging to allow ads, but finally got a working download link, and now have v20.2. Many thanks.
