Mods never finish downloading

Hi, when i want to download a mod, the mod download never finishes; I waited an hour to download a small mod but it's still saying "downloading"... do anybody have an idea of how to fix this? Oh yeah, and it applies to some big mods and some small mods but not every. I'm on 1.48 btw.

a) change your ISP
b) download mod from another PC
c) download mod from another site
d) use another browser/DL manager
e) ask somebody do download mod for you
...

Where are you downloading the mods from?

Are you downloading a mod that is outside of the workshop?

If so, you may not be able to download it if you have ad blocking add-ons enabled in the browser you are using.
Also, if you can choose a download server, it may help to try changing it to a different location.

some mod downloading sites have very small bandwith for unregistered free users. sometimes the load is high on those servers. change to other downloading sites or choose other servers. many are without limit and free. change to a browser which shows you the download bandwith instead of "downloading..."

Hello, deathclaw. Thanks for answering and trying to help me. So i'm gonna answer to some questions (sorry for not answering for a while).

So, firstly: I'm downloading from workshop.
Secondly: I am fully registered, buyed ETS2, World of Trucks account, etc...
Thirdly: I don't have any friend to download the mods for me (Since none of them plays ETS2).
