WHY SPEED LIMIT ALWAYS AT 80
I JUST PLAYER WITH A DECENT DRIVING, I JUST FOLLOW THE TRAFFIC RULES, SLOW DOWN TURN ON TURN OFF LIGHTS VIOLATIONS, MY ONLY CONCERN IS THE SPEED LIMIT IS JUST ONLY 80 KPH, I JUST PASS AND SAW ROAD SIGNAGE 100 KPH AND 110 KPH BUT ON MY NAVIGATION 80 KPH IS THE LIMIT, I PASS THROUGH POLICE ON ROAD AND THEN TICKETS ME AND VIOLATE FOR OVER SPEEDING, I FOLLOW 100 KPH 110 KPH ROAD SIGNAGE WTF IS GOING ON DEVS, FIX THIS ASAP, INCREASE THE SPEED LIMIT DO NOT LET IT STUCK ON 80 KPH EVEN THE ROAD SIGNAGE GET 100 TO 110 KPH SPEED LIMIT

Most countries in Europe limit HGVs to a maximum speed of 80kph. Those signs are for the regular traffic, not you. Nothing to fix. ;)

As @Ryu writes, road signs are for passenger cars, not for trucks.
But your route advisor tells you what the local maximum permitted speed is for trucks, and this can be very different from country to country.

In most cases 80 km/h, but in England it is higher (as far as I remember 97 km/h), and in e.g. In Romania you are allowed to drive 100 km/h on the motorway in some places, while in Germany you are only allowed to drive 60 km/h on ordinary country roads.

Also: If you drive with an external transport (WoT), your max speed will be fixed at 90 km/h, and this is hardcoded, so the player cannot change it.
