Demo not launching?
Trying to launch the ETS2 Demo on my wife's PC and, every time I hit the desktop shortcut (or the Steam page shortcut), all that happens is the ETS2 Steam store page opens. No sign of the game launching.
Anyone know of a fix for this?

Not sure if there is a cap on how long you can use the demo but I would imagine that there might be one and it is over that cap.

That would be a good call, but I only installed it this morning. Played for 20 minutes to do the tutorial mission for her, prior to installing her controller. Restarted demo and got no response.

UPDATE:-

Being the impatient sort that I am, I bought the game for the wife.
Duly installed via Steam and BOOM...... game would not launch....
Uninstalled, deleted ETS2 folder in Documents, cleaned registry, checked that drivers for the Radeon RX580 8gb were up to date(they are) and I am currently re-installing.
Never had so much trouble with a Steam install....
