Remove Plugin

I have installed a plugin which i want to remove i cant exactly remember where it was installed. i have deleted plugins folder. I have big pauses in my game in the menus. https://imgur.com/a/gTU5fH0

I'm not sure, but usually the plugin folder is created in the following location
'C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64'

If the plugin does not exist at this location, it is not known.
Please check with the place where the plugin is distributed.

Turns out that was where the plugin was installed but even with the plugin deleted i still get the pauses in the menu’s. It no longer asks about the advanced sdk when i load the game. I have tried reinstalling the game too

Check you game.log.txt file (it is into Documents/ETS2 folder), probably there is something in your save still looking for it, if you find what is happening then maybe you will find a solution (like put back the plugin and remove it properly).

What would be the correct way to delete a plugin? Do i delete the plugin folder too?

I have no idea, I'm vanilla. Check from the site you got it for FAQs or suggestions from other users. Had you found something in the log? Warnings or errors?

It might be more simple for you to reinstall the game. Completely. With removing all remaining folders/files.

You also need to delete the files in your Documents Folder, and under Users\AppData\Local (these may be hidden files if you did not set up your Windows install to show hidden files).

i deleted my ETS2 folder from documents and fully reinstalled my game i had no ETS2 related files in my AppData local file. Didn't fix anything

In order to see if plugins are being loaded you need to load your profile in the game. Also, next time you post your game.log please post it to pastebin.com and then post the link to it.

Aside from your menu loading issues, you have 2 broken mods, All around light box, and Krone Mega something .. Both have Errors, not just Warnings.

My problem has just started yesterday after i installed the plugin. My game works fine it just as the game loads up i have a big pause before profiles screen loads and if i click on any option on that screen such as mod manager there is another big pause before it loads

From the game.log no plugins are getting loaded. Only your mods.
