Scandinavia DLC not working?
I have recently bought the Scandinavia DLC and I have tried almost everything like verifying the integrity of the game files, restarting the game multiple times, and checking if the DLC has been ticked. When I go into the DLC list via properties on steam, it just says the DLC is 'Downloading' even thought the DLC is only 60mb and i have given my computer plenty of time to install it. Thanks for the help!

Clear the Steam download cache and restart Steam.

Untick the DLC and tick it again after a while. Should help.

Try this too then, open Steam menu (top left of your Steam Client), select Settings, select Storage, select the driver where ETS2 is installed (probably the one with a gold star), from the . . . icon on the right side select Repair Folder. After it is done try to launch game again.

Well, are you seeing the DLC area in the game unlocked? If you do then it is Steam being wired.

If it is like suggested above, then you should have it into ...\steamapps\common\Euro Truck Simulator 2 folder (where Steam installed it) as dlc_north.scs for 61.4 MB : /

No, when I play the game the area isn't unlocked, and when I go into the DLC browser it doesn't show that i own it. Thanks again for the help

Check the receipt mail from Steam to see if the purchase was going thru or not.

Try deleting the "dlc_north.scs" in your game folder. Go back to the Steam DLC page to see if it downloads again. If not then verify the game files again.

The purchase has definitely gone through as I can very easily find the receipt. I also could not find that file in the game files. Does that mean the DLC has not downloaded at all?

If you cant find the files it hasnt downloaded.

That's odd because the DLCs status has been 'Downloading' ever since I bought it

Maybe try some brutal way. Delete other game files e.g. base.scs and then verify game files again.
