If you are shipping between Spain and Romania, "Iberia" and "Road to the Black Sea" alone will not allow you to pass through France and Hungary.
Therefore, to transport only by land, "Vive la France !" and "Going East!" are also required.
"Vive la France !" are not available, the shipments will be transported via the UK using a ferry.
(We can do the transport itself, but we are not looking for these strange routes, are we?)
"Going East!" is a must.
For jobs between Romania/Bulgaria/Turkey and base map (and Iberia) you need Going East DLC to use as transit.
However you can Quick Travel to discovered cities "the other part" of the map. Each DLC have a so called key city to which you can Quick Travel without discovering it first. Unfortunately there are none for the base map but Iberia has Madrid.
If you can buy a garage in the other part you can do that and Relocate yourself and your truck to there.
EDIT: Base map does have a key city namely Hamburg (D). Thanks kaki_gamet.
Ok, so if I bought all of these the map ingame would just grow. How do I start the game then, does Steam add the contents automatically to the installed game, so I can play that extended version by just clicking on it in Steam?
The map is automatically recognized by ETS2 and expanded.
However, since it is a relatively large file download, you may want to check for consistency after installing everything, just to be sure.
Sometimes there are deficiencies.
Purchasing a new DLC only updates the entitlement to use the DLC.
