How to 100% a garage these days?

Most guides I read say about maxing out drivers with level 10..I'm starting to suspect they mean a drivers rating not level or level max increased a lot with 36 skillpoints obtainable.
Getting enough of them to max seems like it's going to take a while. I'm not max myself yet and will likely get 100% map discovery before any of my hirelings even catches up to me.

Any way else to help a garage get to 100%? Did truck stats start to matter? What/how many trailers to add?

To get a garage up to 100% means that you and your drivers in the garage makes money enogh to get to that in garage you own. Don't worry when you get up in the higher levels it will come automatic. It don't matter how big your garage is just that you have filled out all the slots in the garage with drivers and they have a truck, if i remember correct you need to have 10 garage to be on 100% before you will get that achievements. It don't matter if you have any trailers or not, what matters is how much your driver earn together in each garage.

But my drivers are not making nearly enough - they'd have to make around 9k per day to get the 300k weekly goal for 100%, but if the best of them gets 5k that's already a rare and good for them, with maxed out ADR, distance and 2 pips in each: high value, fragile and timely

Those achievements clearly state that they require large garages. And those are "late game" ones so it will take time. And yes, Lv.10 you read of is Rating 10, not level. You can give them better trucks and even trailers, but it is not needed.

A thing to keep in mind for getting them fast, you can help with them : ) For Performance Optimizer you don't even need hired drivers, you need to achieve the 75% in 10 different large garages without time restrictions. This in-game week these two, next in-game week those three, and so on.

For the other one instead you need first to get the Aspects of Professionalism so you are sure to have 20 drivers at Lv.36 at least (hired drivers are really maxed at Lv.67), of which one is you. Place four in each garage (need five large garages this time) and quickly work up the difference with your own income. If you do fast enough to complete few jobs in each garage, your hired drivers will do the rest. Time limit is a week long : )

wait, so I don't need to have those 75/100% simultaneously? I can get 100% on one large garage, then go to another and let the first one drop in efficiency?

edit: ah, ok, 75% dont need to be simult, but the 100% do. I do have 100% on the one I'm in, but the others are below 50

Can relocate yourself (and truck) from garage to garage to begin with, as that will be done hired drivers should have got some levels more them too : ) But the 100% really is for later ^^'

I suppose that "later" simply means my hired drivers need to max out their skills or be close to that

Both will come by themselves as your drivers skills up. I might have 15 garage at 100% out of 230ish. some with 5 drivers, some with 4.

It helps if your drivers have good long distance and at least 1 star in the other important skills as they also get the same buffs you do for skill points = more income.

Don't worry about rushing that achievement, it will come in time naturally.

I have several drivers that has 3 to 4 long distance skills and various points for other skills, and access to their own floor bad with container pins, insulated (the city exports vaccines), or low bed trailers in the garage. These garages are hitting 100% almost every day, and for the rating the lowest one I see is 5.0 (ADR is maxed and Ecodriving is not given).

One thing I find is that having long distance maxed out can result in less "average profit" in a given time period, as they will return less often. I like to keep it 3 to 4 because the drivers will likely always get a job they can finish in a day or sometimes even two jobs a day, while getting moderate income of 5k euro or more. I have two almost maxed out drivers, and their average profit fluctuates between 3k to 10k+ due to how long the jobs usually take. The drivers with the 3 to 4 skill points has average of 8k to 10k all the time.

@StDrake - yes, almost Lv.36 or Lv.30 if you (micro?)manage them to avoid Ecodriving, but if you are not in a hurry give them time and when you see some garages are getting close to it, time for you to relocate there and do those few deliveries needed to fill the gap.
