for dashboard just use http://www.stryder-it.de/simdashboard/, super cheap and one of the best additions aside from head tracking.
Edit: I have mine wired thru a phone cord extension, and a phone jack in my DIY Button-Box so it uses my Button Box USB Boards additional functions, but I can also unplug it to store my sim rig.

Thanks for the tip on these accessories. I got myself the shifter knob.
Eh... don't have the time or the energy to DIY stuff, unfortunately. Too much work and other hobbies. I see it as a "convenience" fee
Great didnt know the made the blinker arms now i know they are there but yeah is't a bit expensive.
I guess if i want the 100% realistic feeling ill just have to go find a real dash for a truck and fit for pc use :D
Have seen some custom made sets that blow your mind, and using Arduino will let you do as you like it
Take a look at Jeff Favignano's YT channel and his ATS videos. He usually has a wheel cam, and his setup looks awesome. The video descriptions have links to the kit he uses. Must say it looks expensive stuff though...
