Not enough external market contracts in the game.

In the whole of Austria there is only 4 contracts, I've quick travelled around and checked. You should fix this issue SCS.

Why are there not pages after pages of different external contracts to choose from? Is it really that expensive to transfer us data that we are left with almost no choice in what we want to haul?

Because you will only get external contracts shown for your close area. If you use a trailer then it is further reduced by what you can haul with that trailer.

Mods and such can also further limit this or even make it completely impossible.

I know, but as I wrote, I quick travelled around Austria looking for a external cargo contract, there was 4 in a whole country.

It would add great value to my trailer pack skin, if I was actually able to find external contracts that I could use with my 4 euro refeer trailer skin. I can only imagine how rare external cargo contracts are if I had been using a dryvan or curtainside.

Well, as I wrote: You won't see all the contracts in that country. Only the ones in your area (aka city). Meaning that you won't see any external contracts from Vienna when you are in Salzburg.

And as usual: Mods can influence that. If you are using mods then they can cause issues with WoT.

Just seems wierd that truckbook is able to track 1000's of peoples cargo and companies as a fan site service for free, but SCS can't provide me with the same service from WOT.

Shame as I actually considered WOT the endgame content. A goal to work towards as a lifetime achievement for the sake of only ones own enjoyment. What a pity.

That is way more than 4. Again, are you using mods? Do you have any filter active?

OP is talking about External Market, which are the WoT cargoes for use with your owned trailers. ;)

If you're missing WoT jobs in a particular DLC area, then check to be sure that you have that DLC linked to WoT. In game, go to Options -> Online to check.

I am not missing them completly in any area, just missing something to choose from. Having 4 external cargo missions within 500km radius seems like very little choice. Especially when 2 is 2k km+ and the other is 2 is a 200 and a 500km.

WOT is just such a cool feature, they could even build on it, top 10 truckers km driven, top 10 drivers tonnage driven each month. Top 10 drivers cargoes delivered in exellent condition, ect. Seems like such a waste not using what is already there.

Your issue is simply one of cargoes suitable for the trailer you have attached. And the trailer's configuration can also change/limit what is available.

Please keep in mind that trailers always limit the amount of contracts you will be presented with. You will never have more contracts with a trailer than without.

That you find less contracts with a trailer is thus normal as you are limited to the cargo that can go into the trailer you use.

Yeah, I guess my complaint is that I can't do external cargo with my beautiful Krone trailer. Well I can, but it's extremly limited.
