new dlc

i bought the new dlc italia...france...siberia.. for the ets2 game
but I can't play it shows that I have purchased
but it doesn't show as a mod there is nothing there
where is the error

It's not a mod so it's not in the mod manager.
Verify your game files and see if that helps.
Also, make sure it's downloaded.

If you look at the map when you're in game and you can see ALL of Italy, ALL of France and then Spain and Portugal, then you have them installed correctly.

If you don't see them on the map, then check your Steam Library page. In the DLC section, be sure they are marked as "Installed". Many times Steam gets hung up on installs and shows you have an item while failing to install it. If they are showing the check-box marked, then un-check them and then re-check them. You may also need to restart Steam.

but the mods section is not found

As was said above: These are NOT mods. They are DLCs.
Mods: User generated content, not official, not from SCS problems with these are your own problems.
DLCs: Official content from SCS.

You are not playing on the individual parts of the map. They just add that area to your existing map. So you don't need to add them nor do you need to start them individually.

You have to drive there. Its easier with an owned truck yes.

When your long distance skill is low then it will be more difficult yes. But to get closer you can take the delivery to Frankfurt and then see if you get something to France.

If you do a quick job, can't you pick a city you haven't been to yet? I thought that was an option and existed specifically so you can enjoy new DLCs right away as well as make it possible to visit DLC areas if you are missing connecting countries (e.g. Spain and Portugal if you do not own the France DLC).

There is always a city in each DLC that offers Quick Jobs even if it is not discovered. SCS added this feature to bypass the issue of having DLC disconnected from base game, especially in ATS, but with Black Sea DLC it can happen in ETS2 too.

@Hollows - Iberia can be still reached by ferry from UK, long way but there is : )

One option is to take offered jobs to the direction of the country you want to go. As soon as you get near you will be offered trips to France or Italy which are within your distance range skill. As you know once you have visited a city you can choose jobs starting from there,

@Tatko - Toulouse should have Quick Jobs even if you have not discovered it, not sure if you can click on the city already but if do you scroll the Quick Jobs list you should find some.
