Mod order list as a file?

Is the mod order list available as a file anywhere? Want to make it easier for friends to join our convoy things without having to re-order or let the apply mod order when joining convoy thing, Just for convenience.

Looks like, mod order is stored in the profile.sii. So, you will need to decrypt your file, then provide part of it which stores mod list/order to your friends.
Then they decrypt their profile.sii and paste list of mods.
