i ham happy that they working and keep the game up to date and fixing bugs and stuff
FWIW, they're not wrong. These last 2 updates were not for "game improvement" .. they were for a special event, that many people have no interest in. Unless you have a WoT account, you can not take any advantage of these two updates, and they add nothing permanent to the game. There will be another update in a few days to remove the special Christmas event stuff .. it is getting tiresome, and I know there are better options .. Like maybe a free DLC pack, that you can CHOOSE to download and install if you have WoT and want to play the Event.
Maybe instead of updating the game all the time they could make the events ingame so all they do is to trigger these events in the server so the game can start it. Of course it should be planned way earlier.
Or like a DLC as you said.
But I think it should be better if they made the updates more efficient instead of have to wait for it to donwload and install for an hour. That's actually my main complain about these updates.
Also, if the update took an hour for you then either get better internet and/or an SSD. Mine was done in a minute. And I have 30Mbit/s down and a SSD.
today i have more time spending in this game for downloading as playing and yes, i have all availible paid dlc content from the game.
hopefully i could play it next year
