回報翻譯問題
It doesn't matter how many mods at a time or which mods I try. It's always the same - stuck at "Downloading MODS". It definetely isn't issue with the mods itself but with the game/communication with the server. But the game can connect to the internet I'm sure of that, so it also isn't issue with the firewall or anything in that matter.
I wouldn't be surprised if that's what happens now. I don't use the workshop. Hell, I don't even use mod Manager lol
I don't think that's what happened. Because it downloaded all mods which I was subscribed to. And the mods weren't updated, the game was. The explanation I think is that there are two ways to download subscribed mods - one is by game itself (which isn't working now) and other is by the steam updater which is what worked for me now (but the steam updater is downloading mods only when there is a new patch for the game).
