Fast travel

ayo why the hell i can't fast travel now, it said i need to be fast enough to fast travel or need to fix the car, i was driving 90km/h with 100% broken car and the game still not allow me to fast travel

Quick travel is done via the garage manager. Otherwise I have no idea what you mean.

You need to use the "Tow to service" option if your truck is excessively damaged during a job. You will pay a fee and arrive at the closest service area.

No I mean when you are not having a job, you can quick travel to the city you visited before,but now i can't

You need to use Tow to Service anyway. The Quick Travel from main menu now works that way. Allows you to teleport to a workshop in a discovered city (where available) and cost you money but not time. But if your truck is damaged it won't work, Travel from Garage menu instead works (I hope, didn't checked it recently, if do you want to use it as a replacement).

You can't quick travel if your truck's damage is over 10% or higher iirc.

I have no issue with quick travel.
Can do it either with garage ownership (of course you have to own garage in that town/city you want to travel to) or via travel button at bottom of the screen where you get taken to workshop.
Another point, I think you can only travel between towns you have discovered.
