Logitech g920 not calibrating properly
Hi guys,

About a week ago I bought the Logitech G920 steering wheel and I tested it out in ets2 and it worked just fine, but today I plugged it in again and the calibration on the game keeps thinking that when the wheel is centred, it is actually almost full lock to the left. It is not the wheel but the game, because the wheel works fine with other games. I have reinstalled ets2 and g hub, does anyone have any advice?

Joe :)

That's odd. I always have to turn the wheel fully to the left/right and then fully to the other direction before it's calibrated properly but that doesn't sound like the issue you're having.

+1 & Ditto - I use a different wheel, but have to cycle it full right / full left in order to teach ETS2 & ATS my configuration. The same procedure as I did for pedals to teach full range of motion.

You will want to look at the 'Options -> Controls, and check that the 'bar' under that section for Steering wheel moves left & right as expected, when you turn the wheel. If it does not, then I'd look real hard at the G920, since the game can only process the signals it is being sent GOOD LUCK :keeponsmiling:

Check the USB you are using - it should (usually) be a USB2 port. If it isnt working, close the game, change to anothert USB port (preferablly USB2) and restart game.

Is your wheel plugged in to the mains power? If it's plugged in to the mains, when you plug the USB in to the computer does it run through the calibration cycle?

If you think it is the game, have you tried with deleting global_controls.SII (in your C:\documents\euro truck simulator 2) & controls.SII (in your profile map) ?
Might be something bugged out there.
Be sure to make a back up of those files first.
Then restart the game and re select & calibrate your input devices.
