more realistic brakes and transmission settings

hey, I use automatic transmission and I have seen in the controls settings : adaptive automatic transmission. what is the most realistic one to choose?
and also I feel that my brake is not realistic and there is a slider in the gameplay settings for the brakes sensitivity, what is the most realistic for the brakes sensitivity?

Adaptive trans depends on what you want economy or performance in economy the gears change up at lower rev and performance at higher revs. As for brake all the way to the left is supposed to be more real, but with the way the AI sometimes behaves I usually stick at about a 1/4 way from the left

what is more realistic normal, economy or power (performance)? and for the brakes, what number to put in the console with the "g_brake_intensity"? to make the braking feel more realistic?

Full left which is 0.333333 you do not have to use the console command, just use the slider. Adaptive trans as I said depends on what you are doing long haul light'ish loads = Economy, Heavy Stuff = High Power
