maybe on a special simulator?
The mechanics are already in the game/sim, it's a simple case of willingness to make it a thing. I can do some basic practice if i want to out of the box, especially once I unlock the free play once i get a truck and drivers to pay for the fuel costs... I don't have time to get that into the game.
The game more than has the capacity to be able to do what I am asking, trust me. I can practice turning an artic using the vehicles in Teardown if I want an easy way to get used to the the inverse controls, but they don't have the in-cab view or the realism that this game does.
It is possible in this game if there is a modder or if the devs want to do it.
As it stands I think I can still get a refund. I want to practice reversing an articulated vehicle, not some bulldust economy sim.

I don't know if it works with wheels and pedals cos I played it with keyboard and mouse. Same dev company, so you will see how old the ETS2 engine is.
Hope this helps. Feel free to add me as friend, if you want.
There you go. all you are asking and more.
As for ETS2 itself, you can use a Jump Start mod, giving you instant levels and money, allow you to buy anything you want. Perfect for just practicing.
If you want some extra challenge, then you could even take the way from company A to company B completely in referse, as well as trying to search for more complicated companies (there are some very narrow places for example.
Also oil-companies tend to have bigger company ground, often with some steel pillars, which you can easily use to train some slalom.
